How Our Shipping Works
Every givvSpirit product is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Once your order is placed, it enters production before being shipped directly to you.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times within the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. givvSpirit is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
givvSpirit offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase required and no discount code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@givvspirit.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with Printful to resolve it.
International Shipping
At this time, givvSpirit ships within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
