These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products

All givvSpirit products are made to order through a print-on-demand production model. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, it enters production promptly and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Fulfillment and shipping are handled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds or reprints are only issued for defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Parish Fundraising Programs

givvSpirit partners with parishes and schools to support fundraising through product sales. Participation in any parish program is subject to separate partnership terms communicated directly with each parish. givvSpirit is not responsible for the distribution of funds beyond what is outlined in individual parish agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, graphics, product designs, and text — is the property of givvSpirit and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

givvSpirit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
